Of course, the Bible is the first resource—Jesus is the greatest coach, mentor, and spiritual director. Other resources included spiritual disciplines and various personality instruments, such as: Myers-Briggs, the Enneagram, PDP Tools (ProScan, JobScan, TeamScan), and others.
