Vice President of Operations

Are you a seasoned Christ follower who’s gifted in operational excellence? You might be who ChinaSource is looking for! We are looking to fill the role of Vice President of Operations with someone who has a “big picture” perspective but is also well-versed in knowing what it takes to “get things done.” The ideal candidate has a passion and vision for ministry in China. S/he will have a strong sense of stewardship across all resources, not just finances, and possess a change agent mentality, strong communication skills, and a collaborative working style. S/he will be comfortable working in changing environments, navigating through ambiguity and uncertainty. Team interactions will be mainly virtual and across different time zones in the US and East Asia.
